We contribute to the emotional and physical well-being of women through peer-to-peer talking groups and free educational workshops.
Our vision is a world in which women’s well-being is viewed and understood in a holistic way to include the mental, physical and social aspects of life.
Our mission is to assist and encourage women to strive for wellness in all areas and aspects of their lives and to create spaces where women can support and encourage each other through their experiences.
What do we offer?
Workshops and classes:
We organise free, expert-led workshops and classes where women can learn more about their emotional, mental and physical well-being. We also encourage women to take action on what they learn based on self-care and self-empowerment.
Peer-to-peer talking groups:
We create and facilitate safe spaces where women can freely express and share their personal experiences. The aim is to tackle loneliness and isolation through women supporting one another and creating a network of friendship.
Our services usually take place in person in London, however, due to Covid-19 we have postponed our face to face activities until further notice. We do continue to deliver some workshops virtually on video- calling platforms. Please get in touch to find out more.
