Self-Care

Awareness raising means making people conscious about a problem or issue. We at For Women want to make a certain topic or issue more visible. Our goal is to make women understand the importance of a certain issue and find support to address it, if
needed.

 

Our sessions are not intended to be scientific or clinical but approaching life with curiosity opening us to new understanding, perspectives, and possibilities. By incorporating practices that cultivate awareness and curiosity into our self-care routine, we can nurture a more holistic sense of well-being and lead a more fulfilling life.

We want to encourage women to prioritise their health and seek medical advice whenever needed. Regular screenings, healthy lifestyle choices, and pro-active management of health concerns can contribute to a higher quality of life. We provide a monthly workshop looking a range of self-care activities.
