Info, Advice and Guidance is a free, confidential, impartial and supportive service that's there to help, guide and listen to you on a one-to-one basis. This is a service available to all existing service users, meaning if you have attended any of our activities, you can access IAG.

 

Whether you need someone to point you in the right direction with specialist services, need someone to talk to about a situation you need help and support with, our IAG (Info, Advice and Guidance) qualified advisor can help.

 Pre-book your 30 or 45 minute, one-to-one slot either via email or phone call.

Please note that this is not a befriending service and that it is not clinical therapy.
